Covid Rent Relief Program is beginning to take applications starting Thursday, 7/16/2020 through July 30, 2020.

Extended Medical Benefits

Please be advised that eligible dependents of City employees that passed away due to COVID-19 may continue to receive City health benefits coverage for 45-days from the date of death of the City employee. Dependents will receive a letter in the mail shortly notifying them of this, along with the attached 45-Day Extension of Health Benefits Form. The completed form, along with a copy of the death certificate, as well as a positive COVID-19 test result if the death certificate does not list COVID-19 as cause of death, must be submitted.

Essential Workers in New York State can make an appointment to be tested at one of our drive through or walk in testing sites by calling the COVID-19 Hotline at 1-888-364-3065 or online at covid19screening.health.ny.gov
