UPOA Files Grievance Regarding DOP's Violation of MOA

On 1/9/25, a Step 3 Grievance was filed by our attorneys against the City and DOP for their failure to implement pay increases/New Step Plan as per the MOA signed by UPOA and the City in August 2024. Please review the Grievance in its entirety for all charges and remedies.
